RCC777 Terms and Conditions — Rules & Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RCC777 platform — whether through the website at rcc777.com, the mobile app, or any associated service — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these terms, you must not create an account or use any part of the platform.

These terms form the entire agreement between you and RCC777 in respect of your use of the platform. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

RCC777 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via the contact details on their account.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

RCC777 is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any game or activity on the platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are not a minor under the laws of your jurisdiction.

RCC777 takes age verification seriously. At any point, we may request documentation to confirm your date of birth. Accepted documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identity document. Failure to provide satisfactory verification when requested may result in your account being suspended until the verification is completed.

If it is discovered that a player registered while under the age of 18, RCC777 reserves the right to immediately close the account, void any winnings and return any deposited funds as appropriate.

• Players found to have misrepresented their age will have their accounts closed

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on RCC777. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, device, payment method or household — are not permitted. If multiple accounts are discovered, RCC777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name as it appears on your identity document, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number and your date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If your contact details change, please update your account information promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. RCC777 will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to protect your login details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

RCC777 reserves the right to decline any account registration or to close an existing account at its discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, misrepresentation or a breach of these terms.

4. Deposits & Payments

RCC777 supports deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All transactions on the platform — deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals — are processed in PKR. The platform currently supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets.

Deposits are credited to your RCC777 wallet after the payment provider confirms the transaction. In most cases this happens within a few minutes, though occasionally delays may occur due to the payment provider's processing times or banking system congestion. RCC777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name
• Third-party deposits — payments made from another person's account — are not permitted
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method
• RCC777 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges
• Deposited funds are held in your RCC777 wallet and used for gameplay on the platform

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your RCC777 wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in PKR.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have passed identity verification. This typically requires confirmation of your name, date of birth and the payment method you are using. RCC777 may request additional documentation for larger withdrawals as part of standard due diligence.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your deposit
• Processing times vary by payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours; bank transfers may take one to three business days
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn (see Section 6)
• RCC777 reserves the right to carry out additional verification before processing large withdrawals

If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the expected processing time, please contact support with your transaction reference. Our team has access to payment processing tools and can investigate and escalate delays directly with the payment provider.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

RCC777 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on selected slot games and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 World Cup and other major cricket and football fixtures.

Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal
• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device
• RCC777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies — will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account closure
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the specific offer terms; expired bonuses are forfeited automatically

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

RCC777 is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent ban from the platform:

• Fraud and cheating: Using any software, bot, script or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or multiplayer games
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used on the platform
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds obtained through illegal activity
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one account to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, game errors or incorrectly displayed odds to gain an advantage

RCC777 monitors platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, RCC777 may suspend the relevant account, freeze associated funds and conduct an investigation before taking further action. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct have no right to the return of forfeited funds.

8. Game Rules & Results

All games available on RCC777 — including slots, fish games, bingo and live casino titles — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems, depending on the game type. RNG-based games produce outcomes that are statistically random and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.

RTP does not guarantee a specific outcome in any individual session.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the system

If you believe a game result is incorrect or that a technical error affected your gameplay, contact support within 72 hours of the incident with your game round reference. RCC777 will investigate all legitimate disputes and communicate the outcome to you.

9. Privacy & Data

RCC777 collects and processes personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy.

Your personal information is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, provide customer support and comply with any applicable obligations. RCC777 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Payment data is handled by certified payment processors and is not stored in full on RCC777 systems

In any event, RCC777's total liability to any player in respect of any claim is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to Terms

RCC777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, RCC777 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
